Bob Ballard, Chief Financial Officer

Bob began his professional career over 20 years ago when he achieved his MBA in Finance from Washington University’s John M. Olin School of Business. Bob started his professional experience with Price Waterhouse, where he moved quickly from an Audit Senior to Strategic Planning Manager based in London, England, before returning to the States as Senior Audit Manager responsible for conducting and supervising audits and consulting projects including due diligence for business acquisitions.

Bob’s expertise in these areas led him to a successful career directing product and administrative integrations during acquisitions, developing cost containment strategies, designing special due diligence, negotiating purchase savings, and developing staff and teams for increased productivity and growth with privately held firms such as Benjamin Ansehl, CBIZ Business Solutions of St. Louis, and Custom Industries.

Bob joined Global in December, 2006, and works with all locations to direct and manage finance, human resources, inventory, risk management, and information systems. Bob supervises a team of six dedicated to cash flow management, credit and collections, accounting, human resources, and safety.
