Natural stone is not just a job for me; it’s a true passion. What other material combines such beauty and elegance with such durability and practicality? As a major part of my job, I am privileged to be able to travel literally around the world, hand selecting the material that will later be sold in our showrooms. The quality of natural stone varies immensely, so our policy is to “buy the best and leave the rest”. I love the challenge of finding and securing the highest quality materials for Global’s® customers.
Natural stone is fun to sell because our customers already know they want the product when they walk in the front door. So instead of giving “sales pitches”, we help guide our customers through the process of finding the exact stone to perfectly match their style and their needs. I enjoy the diversity of our customers. Even though natural stone is symbolic of luxury, it is truly affordable for everyone and our buyers come from all walks of life. Working with each new person is a unique, exciting challenge.
